For me, it can be as simple as 10 minutes outside without technology, or my personal favorite, a bubble bath. It doesn't matter the activity or the time dedicated to it, what matters is the intention to putting you first.

I'm a firm believer in striking that sweet spot between our careers and the things we're passionate about - so let’s start the conversation!
