About the Founder

Hey there, I’m Julie

My name Julie Wenzlick, and I am the owner of P&W Designs LLC, where I helps mommas with systems and organization to calm the chaos. The tool? A good ole fashion paper planner, with a twist - it's customized to your life and needs. As moms, our lives are busy, we have a million balls in the air and it's time that we get a planner to fit our life, instead of having to fit our life into a planner. Equally right and left brained, I unpack all the moving parts between your business, children, family, and other activities and organize it into a system that makes sense for you.

By day, I work full time leading a team in the retirement consulting world, while momming to a toddler girl. I live 30 minutes west of Minneapolis with my husband, Matt, daughter, Dani, and dog, Harley. Matt owns his own business in lawn care and loves being a full time Dad in the winter. I understand having multiple priorities and a brain that needs to keep it all straight. Each person is different, each consult is different, and every planner is different. Obsessed with time blocking but just haven’t found the right layout? Need custom customer pages for your business or sales tracking? Want a weekly planner for your side hustle, and daily pages for your wellness intentions and full time job? Your vision, my creative and organizational brain can make it happen. My favorite part? Seeing the relief wash over a planner client when they realize they will have a place to organize the chaos.

If you follow me on social media, you’ll also see that wellness and holistic health has become a huge part of my life. I am addicted to outcomes, to growing but have learned it can come at a cost. To that end, that’s why my business and my life isn’t about getting more done, its about finding time for you, showing up for what matters and creating the life you dream of.

Three random facts about the founder:

  • California

    I have the pleasure of traveling to the California coast almost quarterly for work and it’s easily one of my favorite states. The coast, the trees, the cliffs. Its a time for me to enjoy some silence while traveling for work.

  • My dream career

    Do you remember what you wanted to be as a kid? I do. My nana was a realtor and I wanted to be just like her. If I had all the resources I would love to design and flip homes. Similar to Planners, I love to make things beautiful so home design is a huge passion and I hope to be able to invest and renovate our own home someday.

  • I once was a Runner

    I got into running to de-stress and honestly run away from my thoughts in college. Through my 20s, I ran countless 10ks, and half marathons (including a sub 2:00 half which was my goal}. I also completed a 55k (33miles). Now…post kiddo, I don’t run but hope to again someday!
